During this time of quarantine, it’s so important to set goals and objectives for yourself. Since we don’t know how much longer we will have to shelter-in-place, we want to be as productive as possible.

When we come out of this quarantine, what do you want to show for it? Some people are working on their diet and exercise, determined to have a beach body. Others are working on meditation, taking online classes, learning a new language, or learning to play a new instrument.

What would you like to accomplish? If you have too much downtime, you start to lose motivation. Losing motivation can lead to hopelessness and, eventually, despair.

When you can create goals that you daily work on during this time of isolation, you’ll have a sense of accomplishment and have something to show for it.
