During this time of quarantine, it’s so important that you have some form of physical movement. If you sit on the couch for too long then all the energy that your body has, moves towards your thoughts. Your thoughts start to focus on the worst-case future.

*Exercise and physical movement create endorphins, adrenaline and many other types of “feel good” neuro-chemicals. The more physical movement you have the less that energy turns towards anxious thoughts.
