Often we think we are pretty good at communicating, but you will know how effective you are when the person responds. If they over or underreact then there may have been a disconnect. I always recommend people practice what they are going to say in front of a mirror or on their phone. That way you can tell if your words are matching your facial and body expressions.

Salman Raza who is a Biomedical Engineer by degree, an Auditor by profession, and a reformist and visionary at heart. He has lived on four continents and worked in thirty countries. The diversity and experiences afforded him an insight into working with different cultures, values, and personality types.
