Life happens to all of us. When we experience profound grief we can often become lost in it and lose our way. Yes, grief is an important part of life that helps us, in a way, honor what was lost. As you grieve it’s important to ask yourself how you can create some form of legacy with what you lost. In doing this it helps you move from a place of loss and turn it into something that can help others.
