Where you simplify and transform your spirit, mind, and body

We have all experienced some form of loss or tragedy in our lives. When we get stuck in what was, as opposed to what is, we often feel as if our current situation and subsequently, or future is bleak. Learning how to “radically accept” the facts as they are, helps you focus on what you can do as opposed to what you cannot do. Removing the thoughts of “my past is good, and my future is bad” helps you not compare the two. They are not similar; they are different. You control what will “be.”

Motivational speaker and athlete, Chris Ruden, was born with a congenital birth defect that manifested in a short arm and only two fingers on one hand. Growing up, he was bullied and embarrassed, but Chris found powerlifting and fitness to become the elite athlete he is today. He regularly speaks to youth with disabilities to motivate them to recognize that every stumbling block can be a stepping stone. Chris is also one of the featured contestants on the new hit television show the Titan Games with Dwayne, “The Rock” Johnson.
